Some former rides
My first car in 1959.
1953 Aero Willys, dark green.
Car was only 6 years old. Engine was stuck, interior was shabby, looked like it was a 20 year old car needing everything.
My dad & I towed it home, took a week to free up the engine. Took a couple weeks of cleaning to get it looking decent and new
tires and seat covers installed. Then I hit a telephone pole, next I hit another car. Then it needed a new fender & bumper as pictures show.

Repaired/restored. :-)

My second car (1961) was a 1952 Allstate (Henry J).
They were sold by Sears & Roebuck Co. Paid $75.00 for it.
Only had the car a few weeks when the 4 cylinder engine blew up on the
Pennsylvania Turnpike trying to keep up with a modern Lincoln. Junked it for $25.00.

My third car, a 1951 Chevrolet.

My fourth car, a 1957 Pontiac.

Other Aero Willys cars from the 1950's.
