Catching crabs by kayak

It's evening and most activities are slowing down.

It's eight o'clock in the evening and we are waiting for a dark night.
Catching crabs is a night thing, that's when they get up from the deep to eat.
Around midnight should be fine, meanwhile we are off to shoot some pictures in the evening sun.

Midnight, getting ready.

The island behind the "lighthouse" is our goal.

Hard to take pictures while catching them, so the next few pictures is the catch of the day/night.
Only got 21 crabs. We expected to get at least 60. Luckily they were all stuffed with good meat. :-)

Just delicious!.
21 crabs was enough to fill 18 slices of bread like those below, yummy!
