(This is almost to good to be true)
We do not own the whole building. Half of the buildings first floor are dojo space,
and on the second floor we have the club rooms. They are about half the size of the dojo.
It is located in Vaagsbygd, Kristiansand. Next to a primary school and a popular soccer field.
